This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Range of Motion Chiropractic, (“Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), and the subscriber (“Subscriber”, “you”, or “your”). By subscribing to our Learning Portal, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Service Description
The Learning Portal includes:

• Unlimited access to exercise videos
• Health and wellness tips
• Guided stretches and mobility routines
• Other exclusive wellness-related content

2. Subscription Fee
The cost of the subscription is $10.99 per month, automatically billed every 30 days to the payment method provided by the Subscriber.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed securely through our online platform.
• The first payment is due at the time of subscription sign-up.
• Subsequent payments will be automatically charged every 30 days thereafter.

4. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your online account settings.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• No refunds will be issued for partial months.

5. Access & Usage

• The content provided is for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Sharing login credentials or redistributing content is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

6. Modifications
We may update or change the services or terms of this agreement at any time. Subscribers will be notified in advance of any significant changes.

8. Governing Law
