Initial Visit
Paperwork
The patient intake forms will be sent to you prior to your appointment. These forms provide information about yourself and your injury. We ask that you have the paperwork completed prior to your initial scheduled appointment and bring them with you. This allows the doctor to spend more time providing quality care and focus solely on YOU!

Consultation
In order to have a better understanding of your injury the doctor while go through a detailed history, and physical exam. The doctor will review the findings, give a diagnosis and discuss potential treatment options.
Same Day Treatment
Upon completion of the examination, the patient will be provided with their first treatment during the initial visit.
X-ray or Imaging Studies
If x-rays or other studies are required for further evaluation of your injury, the doctor will inform you and provide you with a prescription to have those completed at a facility close to you.
Care Instructions
At the end of the treatment, patients will be given instructions on home exercises and/or stretches. This may include certain therapy applications (i.e. ice, heat, contrast, baths or essential oils), certain activities or positions to avoid, as well as the frequency of care.
